This face-to-face session shares the real-world journey of Nicholas Community Action Partnership Head Start from re-competition level CLASS score in 2017 to achieving a 6.07 in Emotional Support in Classroom Organization and 4.72 in Instructional support. Participants will explore the strategies, systems, and leadership decisions that drove sustained improvement. This will highlight how NCAP moved beyond compliance to build a culture of quality through intentional coaching, data use, staff development, and leadership alignment. Leaving with practical tools, replicable strategies, and actionable steps to improve CLASS outcomes in their own programs.
